At LGBTQ+ Town Hall Canada, we believe everyone, irrespective of their gender identity or sexual orientation, has the right to chase their dreams and achieve their full potential.
Our Mission
We are here to ensure that LGBTQ+ people in Canada can live freely without bias or discrimination. We try to help improve their lives and educate people on LGBTQ+ issues to help them understand the conditions better. Our education program focuses on public policy, being at the forefront of cultural change, and encouraging human rights through education, awareness, and legal advocacy.
Our Vision
We aim to transition Canada and, eventually, the world to be accepting of LGBTQ+ groups of people and undo hatred towards them. The LGBTQ+ Town Hall Canada also hopes to end the bias of homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, and other bias against people’s sexual orientations and gender identities.
We pride ourselves in conducting in-depth research on topics revolving around LGBTQ+ people and the issues they face. Through this research, we can educate the population, create awareness, and better advocate for human rights in Canada and, hopefully, around the globe.
